ABOUT US
Growing up in Birmingham, Ryan was inspired by his family's deep roots in homebuilding, which sparked his own entrepreneurial ambitions from a young age. Driven by this passion, he earned a degree in General Business with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Alabama and gained hands-on experience through an internship with Raleigh Custom Homes in North Carolina.
In May 2013, Ryan launched Mountainview Custom Homes, quickly earning a reputation for excellence with his custom homes, whether pre-sale or spec. He takes pride in managing projects from start to finish and is often hands-on, contributing to every phase of construction, from roofing to finish carpentry.
Ryan's personal life is as fulfilling as his professional one. In June 2017, he married Kristen, and they welcomed their son Rhett on June 21, 2020. When he's not working, Ryan enjoys fishing, hunting, and woodworking—hobbies that also inspire his work in the building industry.
Currently, Ryan is a member of the Board of Directors for the Birmingham Home Builders Association, where he continues to shape and enhance the local building community.
